Work with me

In my virtual practice, I offer one on one naturopathic healthcare with a focus on women’s hormonal health & fertility.

How I can Help you.

  • Together, we will dive deep into your health history, current concerns, and goals. During our initial visit, we will assemble the puzzle pieces of your health. This includes assessing past medical history, symptom picture, lifestyle, mental and emotional health, sense of community, purpose, etc.

  • I use modern diagnostic tools like lab testing, physical exams, and functional medicine testing to help assess underlying pathology.

I may also incorporate Eastern diagnostic practices like Traditional Chinese Medicine to gather a complete picture of your health.

Lab testing will be ordered on a case-by-case basis, depending on your unique health picture. Testing is also used to monitor progress over time.

  • A large part of my role as a physician is to educate you about your health so that you can walk away with the skills and tools to best take care of yourself.

I am simply a guide to help direct you on a path to better health. It is you who will ultimately heal yourself.

  • Together we will create a unique action plan that fits your health goals. The goal is to create a plan that you are able to implement and feels empowering to you.

The action plans may include the following:

    • Nutrition support

    • Supplementation

    • Herbal medicine

    • Mindfulness & self-regulating practices

    • Exercise prescriptions

    • Homeopathy

    • Acupuncture & TCM herbs

    • Physical therapies

  • I know navigating your health can be a struggle. Rarely do we implement a plan and it sticks and works perfectly. Patients that see the most effective changes have more regular visits and check-ins to promote accountability and support.

What I work with

Hormonal Health

Hormones play a crucial role in many bodily functions, influencing our metabolism, growth and development, sexual function, and mood regulation. Hormonal imbalances can lead to many symptoms like irregular cycles, painful periods, weight changes, mood shifts, fatigue, infertility, and more. I work together to identify any hormonal abnormalities and implement approaches to support their proper function.

Digestive Health

The digestive system plays an important role in maintaining our overall health, responsible for breaking down food that the body can use for energy, growth, and repair. When the digestive system is not functioning optimally, it can contribute to many symptoms. We will identify any underlying digestive disorders, inflammatory conditions, or imbalances that may be impacting your health through assessment and testing. I use natural therapies to bring the digestive system back to balance.

Womens Health

The female anatomy has unique needs and concerns that can lead to a variety of health issues relating to reproductive health, sexual health, menopause, puberty, and more. I use natural and lifestyle-based interventions to support the function and health of women and emphasize an environment where they feel seen, heard, and supported.

Mental Health

There is rarely a condition or health concern that doesn’t incorporate the psyche. Mental well-being is assessed and addressed in each case and managed through mind and body interventions.

I know, I have been there too.

I was first introduced to Naturopathic Medicine when I was 18 years old. I was struggling with painful, irregular periods, anxiety, acne, and not feeling my best at the time. My Naturopath was the first doctor to really dive into my health. She pieced together how my poor nutrient status and other factors were contributing to my current state of distress. After educating me on the connection between my symptoms and my lifestyle, she presented a plan to support my physical and emotional health. She offered a sense of hope and reassurance I had never experienced in medicine. I’ll always be forever grateful to have found this medicine and hope to do the same for many of you.

The 1:1 visits are available to book whenever you need a check-up, get lab testing, or want some advice from an expert. As a new patient, during the initial visit, we will dive into your health history, concerns, and goals and devise a tailored action plan. Usually, at least one follow-up is needed to review lab work, testing, and how the plan works for you.
